CONGRATULATIONS
TO COACH RON BARNARD, MARSHALL COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
This
award is presented by the football officials of the WKC to that head
coach who most
exemplifies the three fundamental components of the
National Federation
– Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity – and in doing so,
has instilled these
attitudes in their staff and players.
The
award was initiated in 1997 and is named in memory of the long-time
Assigning Secretary
for the WKC, Joe Russell. Mr. Russell was himself a man
of high honor and
respect.
